Deena & Alex had a beautiful night for their engagement shoot in Downtown Chicago. And I love when couples make their engagement shoot locations unique to their relationship. Deena called ahead to Watershed, the bar where they had their first date, and got us permission to take photos in there before they opened. How romantic is that?
And ok Chicago, have you ever heard of Chicagohenge? I hadn’t really either until this year. When the sun rises and sets within Chicago’s east/west grid, something that happens during the Fall and Spring equinoxes, you get an awesome view of the sun between the city’s buildings. So cool that we just happened to be crossing the street and caught this special glow. You have to check out this magical shoot!
