Newberry Library Wedding Photography by Elena Bazini.
Jennifer & Adam had a beautiful winter wedding in Chicago, just days before Valentine’s Day. Needless to say, love was in the air! It was a true pleasure getting to know these two over the last eight months, from their engagement shoot to their wedding day. And we loved photographing this wedding! After a beautiful ceremony at St. Michael’s Church in Old Town, we captured the twinkle lights on Michigan Avenue in the early evening. And somehow got the bride and groom in the spotlight at the center of Michigan Ave! The passing cars honked (in a nice way), and some slowed to yell their well wishes at us as we stood on the median. One lady yelled to Jenny, ” Congratulations! … and you’re pretty!” Chicagoans, am I right?
We even managed to catch a pink winter sunset over the Chicago River before heading to the Newberry Library for dinner and dancing. I mean, c’mon! This day has everything! And I could not be happier to finally share the photos. Congratulations to Jennifer & Adam -stylish, funny, and kind– these two are our kind of clients. Enjoy!
From getting ready at the Westin on Michigan Avenue, Jennifer traveled to St. Michael’s Church in Old Town to meet her groom. This is one of my favorite churches in Chicago. Both the exterior and interior are breathtaking! This ceremony was full of smiles, and a very sweet moment as the newlyweds stole away for a private moment post ‘I Do!”
Congratulations again to Jennifer & Adam! Thank you for making us a part of such a wonderful celebration.
